The New D21258 part.
We would like to introduce you to the history behind the design of the D21258 Radial Ring Assembly.
Originally the D21258 Radial Ring Assembly was offered by DeVilbiss Ex-Cell as a replacement parts for the Oil-Free high pressure pump made by the company for it's residential line of consumer pressure washers.
After just a few years the D21258 Radial Ring Assembly was discontinued as a replacement part and the only solution was to replace the complete high pressure pump.

As a result our lead service engineer was contacted numerous times by our customer service department asking if we could produce and manufacture a higher quality radial ring assembly that could be sold as a replacement part.

With our lead service engineer involvement along with the research and development team efforts they combined to deliver the first prototype D21258 in late October of 2009 for testing.
After minor changes to the first prototype D21258 Radial Ring Assembly and countless hours of testing under vary conditions they felt they had a very high quality and cost effective replacement to original discontinued D21258 Radial Ring Assembly and were ready to go to production with the redesigned part.
The newly designed heavy duty D21258 Radial Ring Assembly was released as a replacement part in March of 2010 and pre-orders for the D21258 Radial Ring Assembly were filled with great feedback from customers who had purchased the part saying the part worked perfectly and was a much higher quality part.
